No Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food and seasonings), we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This is to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all our customers.

No Refunds

All purchases made through www.theseasoningcompany.net are final and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Item Delivered

In the unlikely event you receive:

  • A product that is damaged in transit, or

  • A wrong item sent in your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit (at our sole discretion).

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
